Abboud to LBCI: I endorse legalization of consensual agreement

Tourism Minister Fadi Abboud said on Wednesday that he supports “the legalization” of the consensual agreement between the GLC and the economic bodies.

“The legalization of the agreement during today’s session is not an impossible matter,” he added.

Abboud told Nharkom Said TV show that “the cabinet is not concerned with the school and education allowances.”

In his concluding remarks, Abboud added that he previously endorsed Labor Minister Charbel Nahhas’ plan on wage adjustment that was submitted to the cabinet adding, however, that he does not approve of the relevant “irrational numbers.”
