Bassil denies accusations that he rejects cooperation with Arab funds

Energy Minister Gebran Bassil denied accusations against him saying that he is refusing to cooperate with Arab funds, adding that usually funds take a lot of time to implement projects.

During a press conference, Bassil accused all those calling on him to accept money from Arab funds of sabotaging the electricity plan.

Bassil threatened that in case they cling to the idea of Arab funding, he will open corruption files and will reveal that some projects have been stalled by these funds.
