REPORT: Presidential elections deferred to April 22nd due to lack of quorum
The 21rst parliamentary session scheduled to elect a president was delayed on Wednesday until the 22nd of April due to lack of quorum, as only 42 deputies attended.

Lebanon has been plunged into a presidential vacuum after Michel Sleiman's mandate ended on May 25 with rival political blocs still divided over a new leader.
