Al Shishkali to LBCI: 60% of Syrian territories out of Assad’s control

Member of the Syrian National Council Adib Al Shishkali said that more than 60% of Syrian territories are out of the control of the Syrian regime, adding that the majority of these territories are located in southern Syria.

Al Shishkali told Nharkom Said TV show that only downtown Damascus is under the control of President Bashar Assad.

Al Shishkali added that the fall of the regime is only a matter of time, stressing that the opposition is counting on the rebels on the ground.

“The rebels are more determined than ever to topple the regime”, Al Shishkali said.
