Traffic was obstructed on Friday on Abdeh highway in Akkar, due to the water that flooded the road following hours of heavy rainfall.
Accordingly, civil defense teams rushed to the scene and assisted the stranded vehicles and citizens, and worked on pumping out the accumulated water.
