On Wednesday January 13, 2016, the price of gasoline dropped by 100 LBP, while that of fuel oil dropped 300 LBP.
The table issued by Minister of Energy and Water Arthur Nazarian set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 20,300 LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 20,900 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 10,600 LBP
- Fuel oil: 10,400 LBP
- Kerosene: 11,000 LBP
- Gas canister (10 kg): 12,600 LBP
