In an abandoned hotel in southern Damascus several families live after fleeing the besieged towns of Kefraya and al-Fouaa in southern Idlib.
These families are seeking refuge where minimum conditions for a decent life including food and medical supplies can be guaranteed, at a time when other families remain trapped in the towns under siege and suffer the repercussions.
