Retired brigadier general arrested for smuggling fugitives

Internal Security Forces’ Information Branch arrested Tuesday a retired brigadier general, who was identified as J.Merhej, on charges of smuggling fugitives from the town of Britel to Beirut.

ISF Information Branch has been reportedly tracking the suspect since last week.
