MP Marouni to LBCI: Attending presidential election sessions is a national duty
Kataeb Party MP Elie Marouni reiterated Monday that attending presidential election sessions is a national duty, pointing out that Kataeb lawmakers have attended all the sessions so far.

In a phone call with LBCI’s Nharkom Said, Marouni said that his party has not received answers from any of the presidential candidates on their platforms.

Marouni’s comments came after Sami Gemayel had announced that Kataeb MPs will be voting for Amine Gemayel should the latter maintain his candidacy, or else they would cast blank votes as none of the other runners meets the party's aspirations.
