Harb’s complaint referred to Court of Criminal Investigations

General Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud referred on Monday to the Court of Criminal Investigations a complaint which had been handed to him by Telecommunications Minister Boutros Harb over the existence of illegal internet networks across Lebanon.

Last week, Telecommunications Minister Boutros Harb announced the beginning of a crackdown against “illegal” Internet service providers in the country.
