Financial Prosecutor Judge Ali Ibrahim pressed charges against Imad Lahhoud and Hakoub Internanik for their Installation of fiber-optic cables and providing Illegal internet to Lebanon’s Zaarour area.
Ibrahim referred the file to Mount Lebanon’s First Investigating Judge Jean Fernaini.
