Public Works and Transportation Minister Ghazi Zeaiter stressed on Wednesday that "there is only one full-time employee at Rafik Hariri international Airport and the rest are all assigned employees."
Zeaiter stated in a press conference that "matters raised in the media about the airport situation reflect narrow personal or even political interests", pointing out that the Lebanese people will hold everyone accountable.
The deputy added that “ the airport taxi issue was organized in a way to comfort citizens and travelers”.
