Rai meets MPs Gemayel, Dib and Naamtallah in Bkerke
Maronite Patriarch Bechara Rai met on Thursday with Kataeb party head MP Sami Gemayel who left Bkerke without giving any statement.

Also, Rai held a meeting with MPs Hekmat Dib and Naamtallah Abi Nasr dispatched by Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun.

Following the meeting, Abi Nasr said that the Change and Reform bloc cannot stay idly by the deterioration of the state without having a stance.

“The bloc decided to act politically and in the media,” he added.

For his part, MP Dib said that they briefed Rai over the steps that the Free Patriotic Movement will take to protect “the formula of coexistence.”

“The marginalization of Christians, with their leaders and employees is no longer bearable,” he concluded by saying.
