A Lebanese man killed his wife and son at their Miami-area home and then shot an attorney; to be was shot by SWAT officers after a standoff Wednesday.
Fadel Jabado (54 years old) shot the two people in the SW 192nd St. home in Miami-Dade and then went to shot real estate attorney Larry Harshman in his law office in Kendall, Fla.
The gunman told the SWAT team who caught up with him on Wednesday afternoon that he wanted the officers to kill him.
The police reported that one or more officers opened fire and hit him in the waist when he moved toward them with a gun.
