Ambassador Ali: Lutfallah 2 ship bound for Syrian opposition

Syrian ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdul Karim Ali explained on Wednesday that the Lutfallah 2 ship was bound for the Syrian opposition under the sponsorship of members of the opposition and other accomplices that “made no secret of their identity.”

Following his meeting with Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour, Ali added said that political and security leaderships in Qatar and Saudi Arabia are standing behind these acts that target the security of Syria, Lebanon and the region, as he said.

Ali confirmed that Syria is keen on the success of the Arab-UN envoy Kofi Annan.
