Rai stresses importance of overcoming obstacles facing government formation
Maronite Patriarch Bechara Rai stressed during his Sunday’s sermon the importance of overcoming obstacles facing the formation of a new government.
He also called for the drafting of a new electoral law that paves the way for the return of the state’s institutions to their normal lives.
Rai also called for the stopping of wars in the Middle East region, and for finding political solutions for them, as well as the return of all refugees and displaced persons to their homelands.
