Melhem Riachi to LBCI: Government formation witnesses significant progress

Lebanese Forces former media official Melhem Riachi said on Tuesday that progress is being made concerning the formation of the new government.

Riachi’s comments were made during a phone call with Nharkom Said TV show whereby he noted that there is a sort of discontent over the way leaders are dealing with President Michel Aoun and Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri.

He also noted that LF leader Geagea is facilitating Hariri and Aoun’s mission, adding that the LF party will succeed in approving a new electoral law.

Riachi concluded by saying that the Ministry of Health might be allocated to the LF.
