The criminal court headed by Judge Henry Khoury issued the verdict against the murderer of Rouqia Mounzer, who is her husband Mohammad Mounzer, sentencing him to 22 years in jail and a fine as a compensation for her parents, amounting to LBP 180 million.
The husband had been released from jail last year.
