The syndicate of leased property owners congratulated the tenants and owners on this historic moment of passing the amendments of the Administration and Justice Committee at the legislative session in order to restore balance between both parties, calling on Prime Minister Saad Hariri to establish the fund to support low-income tenants so that the owners can receive their rights.
The syndicate said that passing the amendments of the new rent law serves the interests of both the tenants and the owners, adding that this decision also restores the confidence of the investors in the state and its institutions.
