Judge Saqr orders retrial of murderer of Eliane Safatli

Military judge Saqr Saqr called for the retrial a murder suspect involved in the death of a young woman in 2015.

The judge deemed the previous sentence for the murder suspect as “null and void.”

The suspect admitted to security forces that he purposely shot 20 year-old Eliane Safatli at a nightclub in Kaslik while being intoxicated on January 12, 2015.
