REPORT: Suffocating traffic jam as roads blocked with rainwater

Traffic came to a standstill across Lebanon’s roads during the morning rush hour on Monday after heavy rain blocked major roads, trapping commuters in their cars.

What happened today is not a first in a country where traffic stops with each and every rainfall.
