Prime Minister Saad Hariri stressed that the duty of the cabinet is to regain the confidence of the people after years of constitutional vacuum and deadlock at the public institutions, noting that the cabinet has made quick steps toward regaining confidence.
Speaking at the Finance and Business Forum held at Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut, Hariri said that they placed a new vision for the government, noting that “it is our duty to host refugees, but this does not deny the fact that we need assistance.”
He stated that his visits to foreign countries are steps to boost confidence, revealing that the first meeting of the Lebanese-Saudi Higher Committee will be held soon.
