Judicial decision bans mention of Eden Bay Company

The Judge of Urgent Matters in Beirut issued a decision on Monday based on the request of the claimant company Eden Bay Resort S.A.L., represented by Attorney Bahij Abou Moujahed.

According to the decision, the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International (LBCI) and all its social media platforms will be banned from mentioning the company and using insulting expressions and words, under the penalty of a fine of LBP 30 million for every violation.
