Hajj Salman Mohammed Khiyami was killed in a horrific crime that took place his hometown of Jibal al-Butm in Tyre district, after he was beaten with a sharp tool.
Hajj Salman Mohammed Khiyami is the father of the Director General of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Zaid Khiyami.
Criminal Evidence teams inspected the victim’s body and transported it to Jabal Amel Hospital in Tyre.
The Ethiopian domestic worker fled the house as she appears to be a primary suspect, the state-run National News Agency reported.
