Families of kidnapped soldiers: We have the right to know the fate of our loved ones
Hussein Youssef, father of Lebanese soldier kidnapped by the Islamic State, Mohammad Youssef said on Monday that the Lebanese leaders must be ashamed for their failure in making a breakthrough in the case of the soldiers kidnapped by IS.

His comments were made during an interview with LBCI Nharkom Said TV show whereby he noted that the families of the kidnapped soldiers are in an ongoing contact with the Lebanese Armed Forces Commander Major General Joseph Aoun.

For his part, Nizam Mougheit, brother of kidnapped soldier Ibrahim Mougheit noted that one of the Lebanese MPs is accusing the kidnapped soldiers of defection.

“We urge the LAF commander to open an ibestigation with this MP,” he added.

He concluded by saying that the families of the abducted soldiers have the right to know the fate of their loved ones.
