From the mountains of Arsal and on board Red Cross vehicles, Abou Malek al-Talle and his militants, as well as those civilians who wish to leave, will be transported to Rural Homs, from there they will be taken to Rural Hama and then through the relevant crossing point they will reach Idlib.
Once the said crossing is reached, the exchange deal will take place as follows:
The al-Nusra buses will be allowed passage into Idlib and in parallel, al-Nusra will release five Hezbollah members detained by the group during the battle in Syria.
The transportation of al-Nusra militants and their families from Arsal to Idlib will take place in security coordination with Syrian authorities.
