Baroud to LBCI: Not holding polls will drive country into huge crisis
Former Minister of Interior Ziad Baroud asserted on Sunday that the parliamentary elections tend to take place on their due time, adding that not holding the polls will drive the country in a huge crisis.

Baroud’s comments were made during an interview with Nharkom Said TV show whereby he noted that President Michel Aoun will not accept any other extension of the parliament’s mandate.

He also noted that adopting the biometric cards will not affect the holding of the upcoming polls.
