UK police charge man over stabbing of two Jewish men in London

UK Metropolitan Police said on Friday that it has charged a 45-year-old man following a Counter Terrorism Policing investigation into an attack during which ⁠two men were stabbed in Golders Green.

Essa Suleiman has been charged with two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a ⁠bladed article in a public place in relation to the attack, the ⁠police said.

Britain on Thursday raised its national terrorism threat level ⁠to "severe" from "substantial," after the antisemitic stabbing attack ⁠in north London.
