President Aoun meets Association of Banks delegation

President Michel Aoun said that a new economic vision for Lebanon is under preparation in order to achieve the aspired economic growth.

Aoun’s comments were made during his meeting with a delegation from the Association of Banks headed by Joseph Tarabay.

For his part, Tarabay said that he had received guarantees from the US that the banking sector is not targeted by the sanctions imposed on Hezbollah “as long as it is abiding by the International regulations for banking business.”
