Patriarch Rai from Riyadh: Saudi Arabia always stood beside Lebanon

Maronite Patriarch Bechara Rai said on Tuesday that Saudi Arabi has always welcomed the Lebanese nationals.

Rai’s comments were made during his official visit to Riyadh whereby he hailed the efforts of the Lebanese diaspora in “respecting the laws, religion, traditions and doctrines of each country they live in.”

He also hailed the Saudi kingdom for standing beside Lebanon in its most difficult political, economic and security situation.”

The inviti8ation to visit Saudi Arabia is a consolidation for the will to continue these good relations between the Maronite Patriarchate and Saudi Arabia.
