Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil received the Defense Ministry’s response regarding the decrees pertaining to the promotions of the army, and said that the response was general and did not provide the necessary legal clarifications.
Hassan Khalil added that he will be ready to sign any decree when it meets the legal and constitutional norms.
