Geagea, Plumbly meet, discuss latest developments

UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Derek Plumbly, met on Tuesday with the Lebanese Forces leader, Samir Geagea, in Meerab where they discussed the current situation prevailing in Lebanon and the Arab region.

A statement issued by the LF press office indicated that the pair agreed over the necessity that the government takes a firm stance so as to control the reoccurrence of such clashes, through supporting the Lebanese army and security forces.
