REPORT: MP Harb says will file a lawsuit against Minister al-Jarrah

MP Boutros Harb said on Thursday that the decision to reject the pleas in the case of TV host Marcel Ghanem is “against the law.”

Harb’s comments were made during a press conference whereby he noted that he will appear before the court with Ghanem on February 16.

As for the Studio Vision’s case, Harb stressed that he was nothing to do with it, adding that the courts have the final word over the case.

He also noted that statements saying that he made up the Studio Vision’s case to cover up the illegal internet case are “disgraceful,” adding that he will file a lawsuit against Minister Jamal al-Jarrah for slander.
