Following the appeals of the residents of Beirut, Minister of Interior and Municipalities Nouhad al-Mashnouq issued a decision allowing motorcycles with legal registration documents to move around the capital, starting Sunday morning.
The administration at the Interior Minister has been working on finding a legal way out to exempt those who violated the ban from the fines imposed on them, in particular those who have legal documents.
