Lebanon has been facing two major crises, the electricity crisis and the waste crisis.
After the failure of all the plans, caretaker Minister Cesar Abi Khalil submitted a draft law to allow the municipalities’ federations and the private sector to establish plants to manage solid waste, turn it into electrical power and sell it to Electricite Du Liban.
