The map shown in the video above indicates the environmental conditions of Lebanon’s sea water from north to south.
The blue points indicate that the water is good; the red ones say the water is acceptable and the brown ones mean the pollution rate of the water is very high and must be avoided.
The locations indicated in brown include Ramlet Al Bayda, Al Manara, Antelias and the public beach in Tripoli and Selaata.
The National Council for Scientific Research and National Center for Marine Sciences published these results after the panic that overwhelmed the Lebanese citizens due to reports stating that pollution is contaminating all of Lebanon’s sea.
