The expansion of the Costa Brava landfill towards the sea and the airport runway is underway, after two different judicial decisions were issued by the judge of urgent matters in Aley.
The first decision was issued on July 17, 2018 and called for the suspension of the expansion project, after calls of objections were raised.
The second decision was issued two weeks later and allowed the project to take effect.
