Political contacts with Assir totally cut
Imam of the Bilal Bin Rabah Mosque in Sidon, Sheikh Ahmad Assir, is continuing his sit-in on the northern entrance of the city of Sidon. Equipment and food were brought in order to stabilize and activate the sit-in.     

The protesters expected a large attendance during Friday’s prayers under the slogan: “we will stay here until the ‘pain’ has subsided.”            

Sources told LBCI that communications and political contacts with Assir have totally been cut.
