This municipal police member in Jounieh was only doing his job in regulating traffic, but some people refuse to abide by the law.
The incident (in the video above) happened when a woman who thinks that she stands above the law, was passing in a street in Jounieh and talking on the phone when the police officer asked her to stop using her cellphone when driving.
At the remark, the woman felt insulted and started shouting at the officer and insulting him. She even asked him to show her his papers. When he refused, she got even angrier, took out her phone and attempted to take his photo.
