Forty years ago, the massacre of Ehden caused a rift within the Christian community in Lebanon.
Dozens of years have passed and the Lebanese have been waiting for a meeting to be held between Lebanese Forces party chief Samir Geagea and Marada Movement chief Sleiman Frangieh.
Sources from the LF said that the date and place have not yet been set for this meeting, noting that it will take place, pending review of some details.
In turn, sources from the Marada Movement said that common ground have been found between the two parties, stressing that a serious dialogue and rapprochement are happening.
