A Lebanese Armed Forces navy patrol managed to rescue a fishing boat from sinking off Deir Ammar thermal plant at 11:30 pm on Friday, with 12 citizens on board, a statement issued by the army command said on Satuday.
The rescued citizens were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary measures.
