Sit-in tent in Mounjez-Akkar removed after officers re-arrested
Residents of al-Bireh removed on Sunday morning the sit-in tent which was set up at the intersection of the town of Mounjez in Akkar, after the officers were re-arrested in the case the Sheikh Abdel Wahed and Sheikh Merheb’ killings.            

The residents expressed gratitude for the President Michel Sleiman and everyone who is seeking to resolve this issue, stressing that they will keep pursuing the case until it is referred to the judicial council.
