Sarraf: Lebanon keen on preserving cooperation relations with all countries
Caretaker Minister of Defense Yaacoub Sarraf said on Saturday that Lebanon is keen on preserving cooperation relations with all countries, including Russia.
 
“Lebanon’s interest is the sole factor that determines if donations will be accepted or rejected,” he added.
 
On another note, Sarraf added that "some sides attempt to spread tensions and frustration among the Lebanese people in terms of the economic, social and security situation."
 
He concluded by stressing that the Lebanese army will not allow "any harm to come to the safety and stability of the Lebanese people."
