Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Gebran Bassil said on Wednesday that a new Cabinet will be formed in a couple of days.

Bassil’s comments were made from Bayt al-Wasat after visiting Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri with General Security chief Major General Abbas Ibrahim.

“We have lost a lot of time before reaching a result that could have been reached earlier,” he added.

“We hope that we have learned from what we have gone through,” he also noted.

Bassil also stressed importance of having a Cabinet of experts.
