Member of Strong Lebanon bloc MP Nicolas Sehnaoui stressed Monday that the political alliances are steady, noting that “this does not prevent the Free Patriotic Movement from calling for regulating the financial work.” He added that they are waiting for the financial report that is being drafted by the finance minister.
In a statement to LBCI’s Nharkom Said, Sehnaoui stressed that no cover should be provided to any corrupt individual, hoping that all the parties will lift their cover off the corrupt.
The deputy said that the bloc will present a draft law pertaining to lifting bank secrecy off employee, deputies and ministers, concerning the issues against which complaints were filed.
In the same context, MP Sehanoui said that the cabinet must show seriousness in implementing reforms so that Cedre funds will be delivered.
