Financial Public Prosecutor Judge Ali Ibrahim charged eight individuals working at the Land Registry offices in Jbeil and Jounieh, with malpractice and breach of trust.
Judge Ibrahim referred the file, with two detainees to Mount Lebanon First Investigative Judge Nicolas Mansour.
