January 31, 2020 is the deadline for the companies to submit their offers for the licensing of offshore gas and oil exploration in blocks 1, 2, 5, 8 and 10.
According to Energy Minister Nada Boustani, the second licensing round has attracted the interest of international companies, including Russian.
