A New York federal court approved a motion to dismiss filed by the Lebanese Canadian Bank, dismissing a lawsuit filed by 18 American citizens who claimed to be injured and affected by rocket attacks launched by Hezbollah between July and August 2006. They alleged that the Lebanese Canadian Bank provided Hezbollah and its affiliated with banking services that enabled and caused these attacks.
