Caretaker Prime Minister Saad Hariri issued a memorandum on Friday whereby he declared that public institutions, administrations and municipalities will be closed on Friday, November 22 on the occasion of Independence Day.
The decision comes in accordance with the decree 15215 issued on 27/09/2005 and its amendments.
