The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) stressed on Saturday that child trafficking is not acceptable, noting that the agency has been following up with great concern the terrible news about child abuse and trafficking in Lebanon.
In a post on the Twitter account of UNICEF Lebanon, the UN agency called on “all residential care institutions and national authorities to protect and safeguard every child at all times.”
